"This place is great. I found them online after taking my Acura RDX to the Acura Concord dealership 2 times in a week when I had a rattling noise. They had me change my transmission fluid and the issue continued. Took it here and Mark was able to take a video and show it was the torque converter. He then contacted multiple dealerships because it was under warranty and while he could fix it, advised it would not be right to charge me when it is covered. I took it back to Acura of Concord and they told me it was spark plugs and a new battery. After leaving, issue persisted. Mark suggested I go to Acura of Marin. I did, and sure enough it was the torque converter and covered under warranty. He contacted me throughout the whole process to make sure I was taken care of. He really cares about the customer and getting you safely on the road."
